BM Quality & Environmental Policy

BM Quality Control and Assurance Department

This department carries out the test of all incoming raw material, herbs and chemicals according to international standards. This department also checks all in process production activities from start to finished stage by random sampling method.

BM Receipt & Issue Department

The R&I Department is responsible for the issuance of material from the stock, re-verify its quality and quantity checked by the quality team and then hand over it to the concerned dept according to the issuance log procedure.

BM Sales & Marketing Department

This department works under the command of country head and fulfills the responsibility right from receiving the sale orders to its execution. It is also responsible for providing information about new products, response to the market and customer complaints etc.

BM Tablet Section

This section passes through the process of binding, mixing, granulation and reaches to the state of compression, than testing and reporting is carried out by QC&A department and after final packing its is transferred to Finished Godown.

BM Classical Wing Section

The large range of Trituration, Bio-Chemic, and Tissue Salts are produced in this section. BM's Classical Wing prepares more than 5000 dilutions (which are also known as Homoeopathic potencies), including Bach Flower Remedies.

BM Research & Development Department

This department works under the guidance of Director Research & Development. It carries the research on botanical, mineral, animal kingdom and their therapeutic effects on various diseases. This department is fully documented and record is logged in the system and BM library.

BM Syrup Section

In this section 13 homoeopathic medicated syrups are produced for different diseases. After the preparation of syrup base the QC&A Labs confirms the quality standards and than the syrup is forwarded to the filling line.

BM Human Resource Department

This department works under the command and supervision of Director HR with a mission to harmonize and manage the work force towards corporate goals. Human Resource Department's objective is to attract, develop, train and retain the people of caliber and potential.

BM Procurement Department

BM's Procurement Department works under the control of Director Finance. By following a well defined system, suppliers are included in the approved supplier list only on the basis of their evaluations reports and then the raw material is purchased only from approved suppliers on as & when required basis or as per their re-order levels.

BM TCM Department

The contract manufacturing is also an important segment of the BM Project. All those organizations who do not have their manufacturing unit, manufacture their products from BM's TCM Department. The contract manufacturing not only provides manufacturing facilities but also provides consultancy.

BM Finished Godown

TFG Wing works on the principle of first in and first out. The finished products are received from the production department and are placed at their pre-allocated areas.

BM MIS Department

This department works as a nerve cell to connect and co-ordinate among all sections through DATA flow electronically. They are also responsible to conduct both external & internal quality audits and documentation of ISO certification is also a distinct feature of this department.

BM Mother Tincture Section

This section prepares more than 500 homoeopathic mother tinctures through automatic plant from the botanical, mineral, animal kingdom according to Homoeopathic Pharmacopeias.

BM Export Department

BM Export Dept works under the control of Director Export. Currently BM is exporting quality products across the globe. In a very short span of time BM has appeared as a strong competitor to the global giants.

BM Complex Remedies Section

BM prepares about 275 composite numbers and specialties drops for different kind of diseases. During the production, quality control and assurance parameters are closely monitored. The filling and sealing of these composites is done through the automatic filling & sealing line.

BM Production Unit

BM Production Unit is a GMP certified unit. It is almost atomised department with the best state of art and machinery used for remedies manufacturing.

Finance & Accounts Department

This Section performs all the activities related to the accounts & finance matters under the strict supervision of Director Finance.

BM Operation Department

The Manager Operation is responsible to manage all the matters related to sanitation, security as well as repair & maintenance with the help of its staff.
